Ride’s intellectual property #
The Ride name, logo, apps, website, designs, software, sounds, and content belong to Lamar Technology LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them, or use the Ride brand in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement, without written permission.
Your content #
You keep ownership of content you submit (photos, messages, feedback). The license you grant Ride to operate the platform is described in the Platform Terms and the User Content and Feedback Policy.
Reporting copyright infringement #
If you believe content on the Ride platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@ridebylamar.com with "Copyright Notice" in the subject, including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it appears on the platform.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers #
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with the corresponding statutory elements to the same address. Ride may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Trademark concerns #
Report misuse of the Ride brand or another trademark to support@ridebylamar.com with "Trademark Notice" in the subject.
