The short version #
The ridebylamar.com website was audited against its own source code. As built today, it sets no cookies, uses no localStorage or sessionStorage, and includes no analytics, advertising, session-replay, or social-media tracking technologies. Because there is nothing non-essential to consent to, the site does not show a cookie consent banner — showing one would be misleading.
What the website does use #
- Strictly necessary, non-persistent behavior only: for example, temporarily preventing page scroll while a menu or dialog is open, and reading your device's reduced-motion preference to tone down animations. Neither stores anything on your device.
- Standard web-server logs maintained by our hosting provider for security and reliability, which include IP addresses as part of normal network operation.
Forms you choose to submit #
If you submit a form on the site (for example, an investor inquiry, a privacy request, or a safety report), the information you enter is transmitted to Ride and handled under the Privacy Policy. Forms include anti-abuse protections that do not track you across sites.
The mobile apps #
The Ride apps use local device storage for sign-in sessions and preferences, and first-party diagnostics to keep the app working. The apps contain no third-party advertising or marketing-analytics SDKs and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
If this changes #
If Ride ever adds analytics, advertising, or similar technologies to the website, this notice will be updated first, non-essential technologies will be blocked until consent where required, granular preferences and withdrawal will be offered through a Cookie Settings control, and applicable browser privacy signals will be honored where required.
